I found Jack Bosch on the net a few months ago and I was really interested in attending one of his free webinars. He seemed very honest and I liked some of the stories he told about RE investing. I too was one of those people that could not “pull the trigger” on a RE house deal. What if I could not flip it? What if the cost went too high to make a profit? After months of looking through the internet for a great way to make money and not put my whole life on the line, I decided to try Jack Bosch’s system. I am glad to say it really does work. To be honest you do have to be able to afford sending out mass mailing to get possible offers. But I have found many deals thus far and I have only got started. The money that will be generated from these deals will replace my current job. Who would ever think you could get deals at 5-20% of market value? Wholesale the deals at 40-60% value and offer financing for the buyer.

My personal suggestion:
I suggest you investigate it like I did and see if it is a good fit for you. Read the books, listen to the Quick Start CD and watch “hours” of DVD movies, then GO FOR IT. Follow the system like I did and you will not fail. Give it 110% effort. If his price of $1,497.00 is too much get it used on Amazon for less than $400.00.
